Privacy Policy

Effective July 10, 2026

What we collect

Your phone number (to verify it's you), your name and email (so polls can show who answered), and the poll questions and answers you submit. That's it — no ad trackers, no analytics profiles, no selling data.

How your phone number is used

Your phone number is used only to send you a one-time login code when you request one, and to identify your account. Verification codes are sent via Twilio, our SMS provider, which processes your number solely to deliver the message. We only text you when you ask for a code. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with anyone.

Who can see your answers

Poll results are visible to anyone with the poll link, including your name next to your answers. Don't put anything in a poll answer you wouldn't want the other participants to see.

Where data lives

Data is stored with our hosting providers (Vercel and Neon, in the United States). Sessions use a single signed cookie — no third-party cookies.

Deleting your data

Email us and we'll delete your account, phone number, and answers. Poll creators can delete their polls at any time, which removes all responses to them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
