poller.

Terms of Service

Effective July 10, 2026

What poller is

poller lets you create polls and vote on them. Voting requires verifying your phone number so each person votes once. It's a small, free service — use it for planning things with people you know.

Text messages

When you enter your phone number and request a login code, you agree to receive a one-time verification code by SMS. We only text you when you ask for a code — there are no recurring or marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

Your account and content

You're responsible for the polls, options, and answers you submit. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue it at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use poller after a change means you accept the updated terms.
